I had a decent stay at Memoires De Saigon. The room was clean and offered a nice view from the balcony, plus the staff were super friendly. On the downside, the breakfast was pretty underwhelming, and there were a few quirks with the bathroom setup that could be improved.

My stay at Memoires De Saigon was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, nestled on a quieter street yet close to local markets and street food. I appreciated the spacious, cozy room with helpful staff, although the bed was a bit harder than I prefer and there was a bit of dust under the bed. The lack of housekeeping during my three nights was disappointing, and some noise from the street made it challenging to sleep at times.
